Silent belt material: A specially developed silent belt material is selected. This material not only ensures high strength and wear resistance but also has excellent sound absorption and shock absorption performance. The surface of the belt adopts a unique texture design, which can effectively reduce the friction noise between the belt and the drive roller. During operation, the noise generated by the contact between the belt and other components is significantly reduced, creating a relatively quiet working environment in the workshop.

Noise-reducing transmission components: Comprehensive noise reduction treatment has been carried out on the key transmission components of the assembly line. For instance, a high-precision elastic coupling is installed between the motor and the reducer, which can effectively buffer the vibration generated during the motor's operation and reduce the noise caused by the vibration being transmitted to the equipment structure. The drive roller adopts a special silent bearing. The internal structure of this bearing has been optimized, and the friction coefficient between the rolling elements and the raceways is extremely small. Moreover, a soundproof rubber bushing has been added between the outer ring of the bearing and the mounting seat, further blocking the noise transmission generated by the bearing operation. In addition, the chain drive part has also been optimized. Silent chains have been adopted, and wear-resistant and noise-reducing engineering plastic liners have been installed on the chain guide rails to reduce the friction and collision noise between the chain and the guide rails.

Sound insulation protection design: In some key noise source areas of the assembly line, such as the motor box and transmission device, detachable sound insulation covers have been installed. The sound insulation cover adopts a multi-layer composite structure design, with the outer layer being a high-strength metal plate, providing excellent mechanical protection. The middle layer is made of sound insulation and sound absorption materials, such as sound-absorbing cotton and sound insulation felt, which can effectively absorb and block noise. The inner layer is a sound insulation and damping coating, which further suppresses the reflection and transmission of noise. Through these sound insulation and protection measures, the noise generated by the operation of the equipment is controlled within the equipment to the greatest extent, reducing the noise pollution to the workshop environment.
